Sharing your Horde Calendar:

Step One

Log into your Horde email account.

Select "Calendar"

Select "My Calendars"

In the "Edit Calendars" section, select the calendar you wish to edit from the "Calendar" drop down menu.

Click on the "Edit" button in the "Permissions" section.

From here you have several options. You can configure permissions for "All Authenticated Users" of your domain, Guest Users (Any one using Horde from any domain), Individual Users (You can configure various different user names, to have more permission that everyone else. Such as a manager having delete privileges and edit privileges, where employees only have "Show" and "Read" privileges.) And finally you can configure different privileges for groups.

Step Seven

After you have configured the permissions settings you wish to associate with this calendar. Now select "Save (Your calendar name) Calendar" at the bottom of the screen. You can now close this pop up window.

Click "Save" and you are now done, configuring your calendar's sharing privileges and permissions in Horde.
