Our Jump Start! ™ live tutorial service includes direct personal
assistance provided by an ABI Hosting YouBuildIt! ™ expert. You will learn step by
step how to navigate, create pages, select designs and features, edit pages, and publish
your new web site.
Jump Start! ™ is a personal live (by phone) tutorial service only.
You will be responsible for providing all of your page text and images since ABI Hosting
does not do any content or design work in-house.
To take advantage of our new Jump Start! ™ Live Tutorial Service,
we recommend that you follow these steps:
- Gather all existing materials available regarding your business in
digital format and have all text ready in either Microsoft Word or Notepad, and all
images available as jpg's. If you've recently had a brochure created, ask you printer to
do this for you and provide you with these files.
- Try to determine how many pages your website will have. For instance,
you will most likely have a home page, contact us, about us, etc. Take a look at our list
of features and decide which of these you
want to include. Each feature may be a complete page i.e. blog, photo gallery, RSS feed,
etc.
- Contact ABI Hosting or select Jump Start! Tutorial on our order form
and then call us to schedule a convenient time when you will not have any
interruptions.
Our ABI Hosting Jump Start! ™ Live Tutorial Service includes up to
three hours of support. We can upload all of your text and images for you, or teach you how
to do it from the beginning. If there is any unused time it can be used towards future
support.
